Hammertone instruments are built in George Furlanetto’s workshop in Hamilton, Ontario. The Mandotar was discontinued some years ago but really work well for a variety of purposes. Lots of very full chimey sounds, much like a mandolin but with all the options of a 12-string guitar. The strings load half from the back of the guitar, and half from the back of the bridge.
