The Gretsch 6190 is a very interesting instrument. Produced from 1951 as the Electromatic, it became the Streamliner in 1955 to 1959. It’s basically a 6120 with one pickup. Sold at $1599.99 CAD.

Here’s a very clean pre-FMIC Gretsch White Falcon – and like all Falcons, it’s got all the subtlety of a supermodel (but perhaps requires less maintenance). This piece sold at $1999 CAD.

Here is a lovely Gretsch 6120AM with a highly flamed maple laminate body. This guitar has almost no play wear or fret wear and plays and sounds great!

Kay instruments were built under the Kay name from 1931; previously, the company had been Groehsl and then Stromberg-Voisinet. This instrument was built around 1962; it’s in good condition, it plays very well and has a quite good tone.

There’s really nothing that sounds like a Rickenbacker 12-string. This pristine example has all the jangle and chime and is comfortable to play. It’s well built, looks good, sounds great. What more is needed?
