This has just arrived – a 1990 Fender Signature Edition 59 Stratocaster, in really great condition. With all original hardware and very little wear, this reproduction of a 1959 model is a great deal.

Following the success of the Telecaster, Leo Fender decided to expand his product range and in 1954, introduced the Stratocaster. This 1955 Sunburst Fender Stratocaster is a decent example of early Stratocaster production.
MORE →Here’s a nearly perfect, built in 2000 Fender 56 NOS Stratocaster. The NOS stands for New Old Stock and this looks like it’s never been out of the case, and the case stored in a time capsule! All of the original case candy and Custom Shop certificates are included. This is about as close to mint as you can get without actually running the presses.

It’s been played a lot over the years, so the strings have been changed but aside from that, all the parts look stock. It has not been refretted, so predictably there is a significant amount of fretwear.
