Introduced in 1962 and built until 1975, the Fender Jaguar was intended to be the top of the line model aimed at Gibson players – the Jaguar features a 24 inch scale length, compared to Fender’s usual 25.5 inch scale and Gibson’s 24.75 inch.

Relatively rare, this 1963 Fender Bass VI is in good visual, working and playing condition. Introduced in 1961 and built till 1975, Leo Fender intended the Fender Bass VI to be both a bass and a baritone guitar. But it was never the roaring success that the Precision Bass, the Telecaster or the Stratocaster were, and only about 800 of the original design were made. However, some of those 800 appear in influential music of the time, including the Lovin’ Spooful albums, The Beatles White Album, Let It Be and Abbey Road.

This 1954 Fender Stratocaster is both one of the youngest and the oldest. Leo Fender introduced the Stratocaster in the spring of 1954, and the last date on this particular guitar is on the end of the neck: TG 10-54, for Tadeo Gomez, signing off in October, 1954.
