This 1963 Gibson J-50 Natural is in quite good playing order, with lots of saddle height. It plays well and sounds great – it has been played over the years and you can tell from the tone.

It’s fairly loud, the highs are rich and sparkling, the midrange is fully represented and the bass strings have the bell-like resonance of a plucked Grand. This could be a spectacular instrument to sit and play – or listen to – or record.
