Neck	Mahogany neck with bound ebony finger board, mother of pearl dot markers. 1 3/4″ nut width.
Frets	20 narrow frets.
Body	Indian rosewood body with 3-piece back, spruce top, herringbone binding on the top and purfled binding on the back.
Finish	Gloss nitrocellulose lacquer.
Hardware/electronics	Chrome open-style Martin tuning gears, bone nut and saddle, ebony pyramid bridge. Tortoise pickguard.
Playability/Action	Plays as you’d expect a new Martin to play; these models have slightly wider necks so they are a bit easier for fingerstyle players.
Case	Original Martin case included.
Comments	These exceptional instruments were made by Martin for the 35th anniversary of The Twelfth Fret. It’s a very limited run and these are all there are. This is a wonderful example of an HD-35, with all the tone and full body you’d expect. This is the last of these guitars, and it’s New Old Stock with full Martin warranty, and a K&K pickup has been installed. This guitar is now sold!
