Description:… This beautiful 0-28 has C. F. Martin New York stamped inside on the back strip, end
block and the back of the headstock and looks great for its age. This guitar has had some work done but
you just can’t beat the vibe and warm rich tone of this very cool piece!
Neck:… Mahogany neck, ebony fretboard, 24 3/4″ scale length, V neck profile, peghead wings have been
replaced, thicker veneer added over the front of the headstock, position markers on fretboard have been
replaced with larger dots, neck has been reset.
Frets:… Minor wear
Body:… 0 body, spruce top and Brazilian rosewood back and sides, white body binding, herringbone
purfling, repro pyramid bridge.
Finish:… Neck, back and sides have been refinished, some refinishing on the top below the bridge, lots
of scratches and dents.
Hardware/electronics:… late 50’s/60′ European three on a strip tuners.
Playability/Action:… Decent playability with current action at 6/64″ bass and treble sides with very little
saddle protruding.
Case:… Newer hardshell case
