You don’t see these every day…
This is a Hopf Saturn 63, made around 1963 in Germany.
It has a carved maple back, carved spruce top; the original metal strip covering the join, and a patented EverStraight neck (multiple laminations). This neck technique was also used by Framus.
Currently Available for purchase at $999.00 Canadian, original case (about 6 out of 10) included.
The original output jack is a 3-pin DIN connector, and a 1/4″ adapter is supplied. The instrument is all original.
