- Description… This F2 Gibson mandolin is in amazing condition for its age and comes with “Odell” picks and Mapes strings in the case.
- Neck… Bound mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, script logo on headstock.
- Frets… Minor wear.
- Body… Two point body, maple sides and back, spruce top, oval sound hole with rope pattern rosette, body bound on the top only.
- Finish… Sunburst finish in very clean overall condition, some minor play wear scratches and marks.
- Hardware/electronics… Schaller machine heads (original Waverly’s in case), original pickguard and bridge, original tail piece with “FSS” engraved below the Gibson logo.
- Playability/Action… Great low action at 4/64″ bass side and 3.5/64″ treble side.
- Case… Original black hardshell case, new handle, “FSS” initials and stickers on case, 9/10 condition.
