| Neck | Mahogany neck with ivoroid bound ebony fingerboard; mother of pearl dot markers. The headstock has a black finish top and back, with mother of pearl script The Gibson logo and fleur-de-lys on the front. |
| Frets | Frets show some play wear. |
| Body | Mahogany back and sides with carved spruce top. Ebony bridge. Bound Oval sound hole with ivoroid and herringbone trim. There is a small stable crack on the back. |
| Finish | Original nitrocellulose lacquer finish in decent shape; some wear marks. The top has a black finish, the sides a reddish tint. |
| Hardware/electronics | Original faux-tortoise pickguard and support. The tuners are replicas with the originals in the case., |
