Comments	Eastman has been building many of the highest quality, affordable instruments for some time now. Here is a very clean, near mint 2006 Eastman John Pisano archtop electric. One of the best values in jazz boxes under $4000! This November 2006 example is in excellent, near mint condition, and the decorations have a distinct Moderne flair.
Serial Number	C148, dated November 3, 2006.
Pricing	$2,100.00 CAD with orginal case.
Neck	Maple neck with ebony-bound ebony fingerboard; strip position markers on the edge of the fingerboard. Ebony and rosewood peghead overlay.
Frets	Original frets with very minor wear.
Body	Cutaway body wth carved spruce top, carved curly maple back, curly maple sides. Maple bound F-holes.
Finish	original gloss finish in very good condition.
Hardware/electronics	Gold plated Schaller tuners with ebony buttons. Adjustable Ebony bridge, ebony pickguard, rosewood and ebony tailpiece; humbucking pickup at the neck, volume and tone controls. Output jack is on the lower treble side.
Playability/Action	Plays well and cleanly, and there’s lots of room for adjustment.
Case	Original Eastman hardshell archtop case included.
