The PRS P22 is a 22 fret, piezo equipped solidbody delivering all the quality, class, playability and tone expected from a PRS.
 
The PRS P22 uses the proven combination of a mahogany back and maple top coupled with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. PRS is well known for attention to wood selection, and this guitar is no exception. The maple top is well figured, and the carved shaping brings out the figure and adds sensuous curves. 
The P22 has two pickup systems, and two separate output jacks. The first jack provides a mix of the magnetic and piezo pickups, But, if you also plug into the piezo jack, the first is only the magnetic pickup. 
The output jack plate also provides access to the battery compartment for the piezo preamp - no need to hunt for a screwdriver if you suddenly discover the battery's fading. 
This example, sporting the Black Gold Wrap burst finish, is in excellent condition with just the slightest wear - a few light marks from clothing. Fret wear is close to undetectable, and as it is the guitar plays well and cleanly up and down the neck. 
The original PRS hardshell case is included.
