2007 Fender 1962 American Vintage Reissue Stratocaster, Sherwood Green SOLD

The Fender 62 AVRI Hotrod Stratocaster is based closely on the 19622 model, but its rosewood fingerboard has a 9.5 inch radius and is fitted with medium-jumbo frets, and the middle pickup is RW/RP so the two 'in between' switch positions are humbucking.

This 2007 example is in good condition, with some swirls in the finish on the back. The neck profile is relatively chunky with more of a U than a C shape. The wiring has been modified somewhat so that the tone control affects the middle and bridge pickups, rather than the neck and middle. The original brown Fender case is included.
