This beautiful piece is a complete restoration of 1927's top of the line Bacon and Day Silverbell No.1 Mandolin Banjo. All the metal parts have been cleaned and replated and the wooden parts refinished. The rim and neck are maple, and the resonator uses burl walnut, and the restoration has been very well done. The scale length is 13.75 inches and the nut wiudth is 1.25 inches (32mm).
A period hardshell case is included.
