| Comments | Here’s a great-condition 2010 Eastman Dawg mandolin, model DG1. There aren’t a lot of successful, innovative mandolin designs, with the traditional — though in their day, radical, innovative and groundbreaking — A and F styles being the most common.
However, this one from Eastman, designed by Corada Giacomel, is making good inroads. The design is based on the Giacomel J-5 played by David Grisman in his quintet. This mandolin is in excellent physical and playing condition and includes a Lakota Leathers strap. |
