❌ SOLD ❌ Rickenbacker 620/12 Left Handed Solid Body Electric Metallic Blue, 2005

Using a form of the classic Cresting Wave body design by Roger Rossmeisl, the Rickenbacker 620/12 is a classic design, but not exceptionally common – especially as Left Handed.

This very clean Left Handed Rickenbacker 620/12 in metallic blue, a custom colour available in 2005. This example was built during the 19th week of 2005 at Rickenbacker in Santa Ana, California – so between May 9 and May 15, 2005. This guitar is in great condition with only a couple of very slight marks, and is fully complete with case candy and the original case. It presently has a 12-string bridge installed, but the original 6-saddle aluminum unit is included. The original rectangular silver coloured case, which is in similarly clean condition, is included. The metallic blue finish is striking and very attractive.

This Rickenbacker 620/12 is strung with Pyramid Flats, which helps produce that 60’s tone, and an extra set is included.

The 620 is electronically engineered to the exacting standards of the 300 series, complete with Rickenbacker’s own high gain pickups and stereo output. Successfully retaining the balance from the original specifications, the 620 is another fine example of Rickenbacker quality workmanship.”
