❌SOLD❌ Martin 00-18 Steel String Guitar Natural, 1947

Here is a fantastic Martin 00-18 steel string guitar built during 1947, well worn and has recently received all the major work. It plays well and has a wonderful sound. The work done at The Twelfth Fret Repair Shop includes a new bridge, sub plate and saddle, neck reset and re-fret. This Martin 00-18 apparently was first sold at retail by Bergstrom Kellerman Music in Honolulu, Hawaii, at the time one of the largest Martin dealers in the USA.

Reverend Rocco Bugeye Thinline Electric, 2002- No Longer Available

The Reverend Rocco was one of Joe Naylor’s first designs around 1996 and this 2002 model is seen with the Bugeye metal top finish. Built in Warren, Michigan during 2002, this example is in very good, clean condition with only light wear. Fairly unusually for Reverend Rocco models, this one is equipped with the Reverend Fulcrum tremolo; apparently this unit was installed to only 65 models.

Gibson ES-137 Silver Top Thinline Archtop, 2002

Gibson ES-137 Silver Top Thinline Archtop, 2002

This is a very nice condition and unusual early Gibson ES-137 Silver Top model dating to March 29, 2002 at Memphis Tennessee; this model was built from 2002 to 2015. The Gibson ES-137 was launched in 2002 and combines the looks of the ES-175 and the performance practicalities of the ES-335 lineup. The body shape is very much like the ES-175, but the body is a thinline style with a solid center block.

❌SOLD❌ Samick by S. Yairi S7 Steel String Natural, 1989

❌SOLD❌ Samick by S. Yairi S7 Steel String Natural, 1989

This is an unusual piece – a 1989 Samick by S. Yairi S7 Steel String guitar with Cedar top and Indian Rosewood back and sides. While it’s an interesting and high quality instrument, it also illustrates a point in the history of guitar building in Japan, Korea — and Northern Ireland. Shown here is a Samick by S. Yairi S7 model dated to June 1989. This cedar topped, Rosewood bodied guitar has many features carried from Yairi’s then-recent contract work with George Lowden.

❌SOLD❌ PRS DGT Solidbody Electric GoldTop, 2022

The PRS DGT David Grissom Trem model starts with the basic McCarty design, but alters the neck shape, pickups, and control layout, adds higher frets, and carries a vintage style trem bridge. It uses the proven formula of a carved Maple cap on a mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. This model was introduced in 2007 and is still in production.
