Eastman SB59 V Amber Solidbody Guitar

Eastman SB59 V Amber Solidbody Guitar

The Eastman SB59 V reflects the classic late 1950s design for a single cutaway, Flamed Maple on Mahogany solidbody with humbucking pickups. While it follows the formula, it’s not a precise copy and Eastman uses their own designs. As a ‘Vintage’ style model, this guitar has undergone an treatment process to simulate the wear of decades of use – except for fretwear.

Twisted Wood Pioneer Soprano Ukulele PI-100S

Twisted Wood Pioneer Soprano Ukulele PI-100S

The Twisted Wood Pioneer soprano ukulele body is built with Laminate Sapele. Sapele, formally Entandrophragma Cylindricum, is of the same family as Mahogany (Meliaceae) and is largely found in tropical African countries, particularly in the Congo. This wood has become more commonly used for musical instruments and is often found on Taylor guitars, among others. In the form of a Laminate, the material is considerably stabler than as Solid wood, with good resistance to cracking under stress from changing humidity and temperature conditions.

❌SOLD❌ National Tricone Style 1 12 Fret Resophonic Nickel Brass Guitar, 2001

❌SOLD❌ National Tricone Style 1 12 Fret Resophonic Nickel Brass Guitar, 2001

The National Tricone Style 1 is based on the seminal National String Instrument Corporation guitars built from 1927 to 1943. National’s first design was for a three-cone amplification system, and the prototypes used a round cover for the three cones but by the time production began, a triangular cover plate was developed. An interesting aside is that many of the early components were made for National by Adolph Rickenbacker, who had a nearby metal shop and an interest in musical instruments.

Gitane DG-300 Professional Gypsy Jazz Guitar – Modele John Jorgenson

Gitane DG-300 Professional Gypsy Jazz Guitar – Modele John Jorgenson

The Gitane DG-300 Professional Gypsy Jazz Guitar – Modele John Jorgenson is one of the most popular choices for a Gypsy jazz guitar ! It has a steeper neck angle and more top arch than the 200 series Gitanes. These features gives it a more traditional Gypsy sound and feel. It projects nicely with a fair amount of openness to the tone and can get rather crunchy for rhythm playing.
