The Twelfth Fret and Larrivee Guitars have a long-standing association. Many prominent Canadian builders, including members of The Twelfth Fret staff, have worked in the Larrivee shops.
This Larrivee OM-03r Recording Series Custom is based on the Orchestra Model body, we’ve customized them with a slotted peghead for better downbearing and sustain, and a high gloss finish instead of satin. As well, we’ve added in a bone nut and saddle. The mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard and bridge are stock.
The Larrivee OM-03r is well known as a quality guitar for fingerstyle players. The OM body provides a full, rich and lively response with excellent separation and tonal balance.
A Larrivee hardshell case is included.
