This guitar features a non-chambered mahogany body with maple cap and a beautiful Heritage Cherry Sunburst with high gloss nitrocellulose finish. The mahogany neck has a rounded 50’s profile preferred by players looking for a thicker and very solid feeling neck.
The Gibson Les Paul Standard 50’s is driven by a calibrated pair of Burstbucker humbucker pickups with Alnico 2 magnets. These pickups are a modern recreation of the legendary PAF humbucker and they retain the creaminess and edge that make them players favourite. The electronics also feature audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors to enhance that classic vibe.
