❌SOLD❌ Gibson Les Paul Custom 25 Cherry Burst 2007

The spectacular Gibson Les Paul Custom 25 Limited Edition was built during 2007 and into 2008 for a run of 100 guitars – featuring highest grade flamed Maple top, colour matched Maple pickguard and trim rings, and gold plating!

The Les Paul Custom 25 starts from the classic Les Paul Custom – a Mahogany slab body with a carved, highly figured Flame Maple cap, paired with a five-piece neck – three layers of Flame Maple separated by a thin Walnut layer. The bound fingerboard is Ebony, with a custom Mother of Pearl inlay set. The head plate is also flame Maple, finished in Sunburst, with a Mother of Pearl logo and a brass truss rod cover engraved with ‘Les Paul “25”‘.

The finish is a traditional Gibson Cherry Sunburst, which extends to the head plate.

A Brass nut is installed, and the frets are medium jumbo. Hardware is gold plated, starting with Grover Roto-Matics. A tune-o-matic bridge and TP-6 Fine Tuning Tailpiece are at the body, and pickups are Gibson ’57 Classic humbuckers. Wiring is almost standard Gibson except that a coil tap switch is located on the top by the neck volume control.

This guitar has been played but is in very good, clean condition. There is a bit of finish oxidization on the back where it would have rested against the player. Otherwise, rret and finish wear are negligible.

The original Gibson hard shell case is included.
