The alder body and maple neck combination delivers a familiar thump and fat note fundamental. New features include the new ultra-noiseless pickups in a PJ configuration. This gives you a standard precision pickup and a jazz pickup in the bridge position. There is a pan control so you can choose one or the other or blend between the two for a large variety of tones. On top of that there are active bass, middle and treble controls for further tone shaping. If you prefer using a single knob for tone control you can flip the mini toggle switch into passive mode and use the passive tone control.
