Built in Corona, California from 2010 to 2016, the Fender American Deluxe Telecaster was a progression in Telecaster design. Bringing forward the key elements that have made the Telecaster a success since its 1950 introduction, the American Deluxe Telecaster adds a compound radius neck with bi-flex truss rod, locking tuners, noiseless pickups and extra contouring. These are all practical improvements.
Seen here is a Fender American Deluxe Telecaster with a Candy Apple Red finish on its Alder body, dating to October of 2013 and built in the USA. It’s in overall good condition with light finish wear and light to moderate fret wear. It plays well and cleanly and the extra contouring helps make it very comfortable.
Sold with its original Fender branded, rectangular molded hard shell case.
