Here is an Ernie Ball Music Man Luke III HH model, built at the very end of 2018 and sporting a cool Bodhi Blue finish.
The Ernie Ball Music Man Luke III pairs an alder body with a hard rock roasted birds-eye maple neck bearing an East Indian Rosewood fingerboard.
For hardware on this Luke III HH, Music Man branded locking tuners by Schaller are at the head, with the very effective Music Man vintage style two-post trem at the body.
Electronics start with a pair of DiMarzio transitions passive humbuckers. These lead to a 5-way pickup selector and a 12db adjustable active boost giving the Luke 3 a wide variety of tonal combinations suitable for any musical style. The boost is powered by a single standard 9v battery, with a convenient battery access on the back. (This is an enormous improvement over the early days of active guitar circuitry, where the battery was often under the pickguard).
This Luke III plays very well and cleanly, and is in great condition with very little wear of any kind.
The original hard shell case is included.
