The Eastman E10 OOSSV has a big sound for a small body and super cool vintage vibe with its antique varnish finish. This body shape is very compact and comfortable with its curvy waist and 14 ¾” lower bout. It sits tight to the body when in a seated position and your strumming arm remains at a very comfortable angle which will allow you to enjoy this guitar for hours of play time.

Tonal production on the Eastman E10 OOSSV is provided by the lovely wood pairing of Adirondack spruce and mahogany along with the hand carved scalloped x braces on the top. Adirondack spruce has loads of clarity and a high ceiling of volume. You can really dig in with your picking hand and get this guitar singing! The warm and woody midrange of the mahogany sides and back pairs really well with Adirondack to give a bit of natural compression and girth to chords and single notes.

The traditional even “C” neck shape of the Eastman E10 OOSSV has a good amount of mass but doesn’t feel as cumbersome as some larger traditional neck shapes. The ebony fretboard looks great and feels super smooth as you move up and down the neck.
The Antique Varnish finish on the Eastman E10 OOSSV really tops of the whole package and gives the look of a well play in guitar that’s been to countless stages and kitchen parties. The light distressing is not over the top and really provides a cool look!

The Eastman E10 OOSSV is very similar to the Eastman E10 OOSS, the differences being the finishes and the woods used for the fingerboard and bridge. The E10 OOSS uses a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer sunburst finish and Indian Rosewood for the fingerboard and bridge, while the E10 OOSSV has an Antique Varnish finish and Ebony for the fingerboard and bridge.
