The new Duesenberg Fullerton TV is named after two things – Duesenberg’s new US office in Fullerton, California – the former home of Fender – and the TV white finish used on Gibson guitars to help them show up on black and white televisions.
Following the established Duesenberg essentials, spruce and maple are used for the Duesenberg Fullerton TV’s main body parts. The arched spruce top is combined with bent sides and arched back made from flamed maple and is perfected with a deluxe 5-ply cream binding around the body. As with almost any other Duesenberg, the Fullerton TV sports a one-piece neck made from American Hardrock Maple which is fitted with a 12″ radius Rosewood fretboard.
The Fullerton TV sports a Duesenberg Domino pickup in the neck and a Duesenberg Grand Vintage humbucker at the bridge.
All Duesenberg instruments are fitted with custom built hardware, which you will only find on a Duesenberg. It is designed with attention to even the smallest details to create truly unique instruments.
Duesenberg fretboards are carefully pleked and finished by hand for optimum playability and the smooth feel they are famous for.
Additionally, the Fullerton TV is fitted with the Duesenberg Radiator Tremolo, giving smooth operation and improved tuning stability.
A hardshell Duesenberg case is included.
