Built as number 21 of 50, this exceptional Breedlove Journey Concert steel string guitar pairs a Sitka Spruce top with fully documented Brazilian Rosewood for the sides and back.

Some years ago, Breedlove found and purchased a relatively large stock of fully documented and hence ‘legal’ Brazilian Rosewood from a vendor in Spain. For 2016, it was decided to make two limited edition models, in a run of 50 guitars each, using some of this material and these were sold with the required CITES documentation. The two models were the Breedlove Journey Concert and the Breedlove Journey FS.

Here we’re looking at one of the Breedlove Journey Concert guitars, this one being number 21 of the 50. It is in very good, clean and original condition, with only the lightest wear. This guitar is built with a Sitka Spruce top, the Brazilian Rosewood set for the sides, back and headplate, Mahogany for the neck and Ebony for the fingerboard and bridge. An L R Baggs Anthem pickup and preamp set are factory installed to and end-pin jack.
