The Anderson Classic is one of the best versions of the S-Style guitar, built to very high standards with top quality parts. This 3- colour sunburst example dates to 2001, sports an Anderson / Fishman Vintage Tremolo Power Bridge and comes with a (now discontinued) Fishman PowerBlend pedal piezo preamp.  The tuners are short-post models with top-mount locks; the locks can be operated with a tool like a dime or quarter.   This guitar was factory set up with the Buzz Feiten system.

This Anderson Classic is in overall good condition with light wear to the finish. It’s been well taken care of and maintained but it has been played over the years and has had a fret dress in our shop. The light-mint pickguard has been slightly altered to improve access to the truss rod adjuster.

Basswood: Soft and bountiful midrange makes itself abundant as this is the wood (when done just right, and of course that’s how we do it) that defined the core humbucker sound of the 80s in a 25 1/2-inch scale length guitar.”
