The Larrivee L-05 CW uses the popular L-body design, providing a rich, even blend of tonal response with plenty of volume and projection, with the added fingerboard access of the cutaway.
This example dates to 1995 and was built at Jean Larrivee’s shop in Victoria, British Columbia. It sports a natural finish and a (pointed) Venetian cutaway as well as the stock pickup system. It is in good playing condition and has had some work done; a crack along the back center seam has been reglued and at one time a Stewart-McDonald Bridge Doctor was installed. It’s been removed, and the unit is included in the case. Like all Larrivee guitars, the tone is rich and full, with even representation throughout the spectrum. These guitars are great for fingerpicking or flatpicking.
The original hard shell case is included.
