These instruments have hand-scalloped forward shifted X braces and Adirondack spruce tops. Madagascar Rosewood takes the place of Brazilian rosewood for the back and sides, with traditional mahogany necks and ebony fingerboard and bridge.

These incredible instruments feature an herringbone bound, Adirondack red spruce top with hand-scalloped forward shifted X-braces, and are authentic recreations of the 1937 specifications, but with Madagascar in place of Brazilian rosewood.
