The Fender Mustang Red was one of three colours available when the model was introduced in 1964 – the other two being white and blue. This example has a Poplar body, paired with a Maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard and a date stamp of 8DEC64. The neck plate reads L51237, marking it as a pre-CBS model.

Here is one of the ‘Grail’ instruments – Fender Telecaster No.7170 with its original Blonde finish, built during 1954 in Fullerton, California. This Fender Telecaster No.7170 used the then-ground breaking pattern of an Ash body with a bolt-on, one-piece Maple neck. The blonde finish and all of the hardware is original.

This Fender Stratocaster Sunburst from 1969 has all the natural wear that make vintage instruments look so good. This wonderful piece uses its original parts though some work has been done around the guitar over the years. The sunburst finish has worn through to the base clear sealer coats where the player has contacted and rested against the surface.

This Fender CS 1956 Stratocaster was built at the Corona California plant and unlike the ‘Relic’ versions is the New Old Stock – NOS – form. Introduced in 1954 as Leo Fender’s third major instrument design after the Telecaster and Precision Bass, the Stratocaster has become one of the most used models.
