The Artcore Expressionist uses a fully hollow body with arched top and back, with a laminated Spruce top (the ES-175 uses laminate maple here) paired with laminated Flame maple for the back and sides. The neck is a 3-piece Maple and Mahogany design with a bound Ebony fingerboard, and block position markers of Acrylic.

❌SOLD❌ Gibson Les Paul Custom Black, 1997

For its initial 1954 appearance, the Gibson Les Paul Custom differed somewhat from the 1952 Les Paul models in a manner not visible to the eye. Under the black finish was a solid Mahogany body with carved top, instead of a carved Maple cap on a mahogany slab. This construction continued for most Les Paul Custom models until 1961, when the line was completely revamped into what we now call the SG. When the original Les Paul design re-emerged in 1968, the Custom received the standard Maple cap.

The Hofner 1961 Cavern bass was very popular in Europe during the late 1950s and early 1960’s. American built instruments were rare and expensive, and use by wildly successful bands such as The Beatles made everyone want one. At the time, the tiny Cavern Club in London was one of the key venues for aspiring bands to appear, and The Beatles played there so often the club name became closely associated with the band.

This NS CR Series Solidbody upright bass, specifically a CR4M with both the new Polar piezo pickup system and EMG active, low impedance magnetic pickups, one individually adjustable coil for each string. The performance stand is included. This bass is in very good condition, and sounds great even through a small bass amp.

❌SOLD❌ Epiphone Granada E444T Thinline Archtop Sunburst, 1965

The Epiphone Granada E444T is much like the Gibson ES-125T, and was built in the Gibson Kalamazoo plant from 1962 to 1970. A non-cutaway thinline archtop, the Granada E444T has a large plastic plate that mounts the controls and a Melody Maker style single coil pickup. The sunburst nitrocellulose lacquer finish has faded nicely, and there is natural checking around the instrument. There are a few small dings and scratches on the back, but otherwise it is in good condition.

Based on the same body outline as the classic Model 330 series guitars, the Rickenbacker 381-12 adds hand-carved top and back of premium figured maple, for a much thicker and contoured body. The body is bound top and back with classic checkerboard purfling. The characteristic ‘Cats Eye’ bass side soundhole is also bound. The body is entirely Maple, and the neck is a Maple / Walnut / Maple layered construction, and has a bound, finished Rosewood fingerboard with Slash position markers.
