❌SOLD❌ Gibson SG Supreme Fireburst, 2002

❌SOLD❌ Gibson SG Supreme Fireburst, 2002

The Gibson SG Supreme was built from 1999 to 2009 and features a figured Maple cap on a Mahogany slab body, paired with a Mahogany neck and bound Richlite fingerboard. At first, the SG Supreme was equipped with a pair of P-90 pickups, but these were phased out in favour of Humbuckers over the year 2000 and into 2001. In 2002, the ‘Fireburst’ finish seen here started rising from the tail of the guitar, rather than the traditional burst with dark edges and lighter center.

❌SOLD❌ Kay K5920 Single Pickup Thinline Bass Sunburst, 1962

The Kay K5920 Speed Demon hollowbody electric bass was one of the Kay company’s many instruments aimed at beginner to semi-pro players. In the late 1950’s when these basses appeared, advertising campaigns were still focused on convincing upright bass players to switch to electric. Kay guitars and basses were frequently found in the hands of Blues artists.

❌SOLD❌ Godin A6 Ultra Cognac Burst HG 2020

This is a very nice Godin A6 Ultra in a high-gloss Cognac Burst, built during April 2020 in Quebec and featuring both a humbucker and piezo pickups. The Godin A6 Ultra, like the very versatile and successful Multiac series, draws from the 1981 – 1995 Gibson Chet Atkins CEC (Cutaway Electric Classical) and 1987 – 2006 SST (Solidbody Steel String) designs.

❌SOLD❌ Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Natural, 2021

The Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA is the direct descendant of a Chet Atkins idea – a nylon-string guitar built to be amplified. The initial models were built by Gibson as the Chet Atkins CEC (Cutaway Electric Classic). Eventually, Gibson discontinued the model but Godin took the concept and improved it dramatically, even including synthesizer interface electronics.

❌SOLD❌ Russell Lackey LT1 T-Style Cherry, 2022

❌SOLD❌ Russell Lackey LT1 T-Style Cherry, 2022

Here we have a Russell Lackey LT1 T-Style guitar, built near Toronto by a former craftsperson at The Twelfth Fret Repair shop. The Russell Lackey LT1 shown here is Russ’s interpretation of a great classic. The LT1 strongly resembles the guitar that inspired it, but with a few changes, feeling that the market didn’t need another vintage reissue.
