❌SOLD❌ Vox AC30 CC2 Tube Combo Amplifier, 2009

The Vox AC30 is one of the most influential amplifiers – delivering fantastic tone and pretty high volumes, great for everything from rock to country.

This Vox AC30 CC2 is part of the Custom Classic Series, built from 2004 to 2009 and superceded by the Custom series. As a CC2, it delivers 30 watts through a pair of 12-inch GSH-1230-8 speakers designed by Wharfedale. It’s in very good condition with the original footswitch included.

The CC series is a bit different from the newer Custom series. Its cabinet is plywood rather than MDF, and the two channels can be linked via a switch next to the input jacks. The ‘Normal’ channel has a ‘Brilliance’ switch, which simulates either a 1964 AC30 ‘Normal’ or ‘Treble’ model amp. In the EQ section, there’s a ‘Standard’ or ‘Custom’ switch. The ‘Standard’ setting again simulates a 1964 AC30 tone stack, while the ‘Custom’ setting uses the 2003 AC-30HW hand wired, limited edition circuit. Finally, The CC2 has a tube rectifier, while the C2 uses a solid state rectifier.

This is a great sounding, very versatile amplifier in very good condition.
