Travis Bean guitars are very distinctive due to their aluminum necks with T-cutout headstocks, and were built from 1974 to 1979.
Several models were produced, the TB1000 S or Standard, and the TB1000A with a carved top, the lower-priced TB500, The TB5000 had a V or Wedge shaped body. For basses, two models were offered – the TB2000 and the wedge-shaped TB4000.
