Groove Tubes was founded in San Fernando during 1979 by Aspen Pittman, author of The Tube Amp Book, one of the basic reference sources on vintage tube amplifier circuitry. Groove Tubes produced, tested and matched vacuum tubes for amplifiers, but also designed and built amplifiers and microphones.
Purchased by Fender in 2008, Groove Tubes now offers high quality calibrated tested, and matched tubes.
