Buzz Feiten has been around the music industry for decades,  even playing at Woodstock with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band.   He  worked with or did sessions sessions for numerous prominent artists for several decades.   He is responsible for the patented Feiten Tuning System,  a series of offsets and adjustments that helps bring a guitar closer to being in tune with itself and other instruments.
