Ethan Deutsch builds concert grade, highly regarded Classical and Flamenco guitars in the Seattle, Washington area of the USA.
Along his journey, he studied Flamenco in Spain with Diego del Gastor in Morón de la Frontera, Sevilla for a year (at age 16), built a few guitars and then gained a PH.D. in chemistry from Princeton, worked as a research chemist, and in 1989 established a cabinet making shop in Chicago. He moved to Seattle in 1991 and began building guitars in 1997.
Ethand Deutch’s guitars are very well made and highly respected. His personal background in performance and the use of high quality Classical and Flamenco guitars provides him with excellent reference points.
