1979 Fender Stratocaster Black (SOLD)

The Fender Stratocaster has been a success since its introduction in 1954. Produced with a number of variations, its sleek lines and extremely reliable design have made it a a popular subject for customization.

This 1979 Fender Stratocaster carries a black finish and rosewood fingerboard, and the neck is very nicely curled maple. It's had several custom upgrades - the tuners are locking Planet Waves units, the bridge has Graph Tech saddles, and Zexcoil hum-cancelling pickups have been installed.

This guitar is in good condition with some finish denting, common for instruments of this age. It has just come out of our shop where it received a fret dress and set up, and is ready to play. The original molded case is included.
