2013 Gibson 1961 Les Paul Tribute Solidbody Electric SOLD

Dating to November 18, 2013, this Gibson 1961 Les Paul Tribute is in pristine, completely original condition, recreating the first of what became the 'SG' style guitars.

Featuring a double cutaway slab mahogany body, with a mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard, the Gibson 1961 Les Paul Tribute carries a pair of '57 Classic humbucking pickups and a reproduction of the original 'Deluxe' or side-to-side vibrato unit. This guitar is in nearly new condition - the protective plastic film is still on the pickguard! The nitrocellulose lacquer faded cherry finish is about as perfect as lacquer gets - there is some completely expected and natural, sinking of the finish into the filler.

The original hardshell case is included.
