1998 Guild Starfire II-C Blonde SOLD

Built in Westerly, Rhode Island, this 1998 Guild Starfire II-C Blonde is in good condition. It features chrome hardware, a tune-o-matic style bridge, the classic Guild harp tailpiece and the Guild stepped pickguard, which is unfortunately cracked. The pickups are original to the guitar, and are reproductions of the earlier Guild humbuckers made by Seymour Duncan. A coil split has been added to the Bridge pickup. Currently, it's strung with flatwounds.

Introduced in 1960, the Guild Starfire II is a fully hollow thinline archtop electric guitar with a single florentine cutaway (pointy). Like other Starfire versions, it was available in both maple and mahogany laminates.
